Dear Friends,
We've got three very cool news items to share with you.
First, the Pang! Podcast is featured in the latest New York Times podcast playlist, alongside some other powerful podcasts (that I can't wait to hear!).
Second, Pang! PodcastEpisode 2 has just dropped on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, Google Play, and wherever you listen to podcasts. In this episode you'll hear from Episode 1's real-life Beatrice and Gregorio, about how hunger is woven deeply into the story of their foreclosure. With appearances from Frank Tamborello of Hunger Action Los Angeles, Prof. Hannah Garth from UC San Diego, and our own Christopher Rivas.
I'd be grateful if you took a moment to listen and let us know what you think. And I'd be even more grateful if you'drate, subscribe, or review. By doing that, you're helping Pang! to be more visible and impactful.
Lastly, as of this writing, the Pang! Podcast has over 550 downloads and has been listened to in at least 21 countries. We couldn't have gotten this far without you.
All my best,
on behalf of Natalie, Donna, Ari, Chris, Cristina, Bob, Bobby and Tula

Podcast Launch Party
Dan, Donna, Natalie, Chris and Cristina hosted a Podcast Launch Party on June 24th, and a wonderful time was had by all. We send a sincere thank you to everyone who attended, and to our hosts, Community Services Unlimited.
If you are ever in the South LA area, be sure to support the amazing work of Community Services Unlimited by shopping at their Village Marketplace / Soulful Cafe. Also in case you are in need of an event space, we had a wonderful experience renting there. Plus, their catering is delightful!
